Healthy Snacking with Eggs

Hard-boiled eggs make a great healthy snack, and they are quite portable! Not only are they filled with protein (one large hard-boiled egg provides more than 6 grams of protein) but they also proved healthy fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, or MUFAs and PUFAs). Eggs also contain Vitamin A and Vitmain D, which are important Vitamins for our body.


One large hard-boiled egg provides approximately 80 calories, and if you want to cut a majority of the fat calories then remove the yolk.
